DELTECH RESINS CO.-SUMMARY

Deltech Resins Co. manufactures a line of polyurethane dispersions; acrylic emulsions; oil modified urethanes; short, medium and long oil specialty alkyds; water reducible alkyds; and co-polymer emulsions at our facilities in Newark, NJ and near New Cumberland, WV . These products include the product line formerly offerred by the resin businesses of UR-Cryl Polymer and Thibaut & Walker. Deltech Resins purchased these resin technologies in 2005.

Deltech Resins is an affiliated company with Deltech Corporation which manufactures para-Methylstyrene, Vinyl Toluene and other specialty monomers for coatings and unsaturated polyester resins applications. Deltech Resins utilizes the enhanced performance characteristics of the specialty monomers to improve resin products. Deltech Resins also utilizes the development laboratory capabilites of Deltech Europe, LTD., an affiliated alkyd resin and unsaturated polyester resins producer in the UK to offer new products formulated with Deltech specialty monomers.
